I am an attorney who has been practicing law since 1983 and I help people file for bankruptcy. I understand that people filing for bankruptcy protection have very little extra money and my primary goal is to make bankruptcy relief affordable and to provide quality legal services for a reasonable cost. The base attorney fee to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy with my office is $499 and is payable in installments.

I do business the old fashioned way. I meet with each client a minimum of three times, unlike many offices where you will be meeting with paralegals and other non-attorney staff members.
